Will use them again in the future. Customer service representative(Adrian) is very helpful in providing information. Definitely product knowledge is good. And was not intimidating during quote or pricing.Kudos to the Removal team (Nick and company). They were professional and was very nice and honest to let me know that a functional leaf blower was accidentally mixed in the junk. I was grateful for showing concern.

Junk Police get an A+++ from me! Nick and team demolished and hauled away an old gazebo for us. Nick was lovely to deal with, very polite and professional. Junk Police were prompt in responding to my request for a quote and were able to complete the job just a few days later. The job was completed unbelievably quickly and the site cleaned up beautifully. I didn't fine one piece of scrap or a single nail in the yard! I highly recommend them and will call upon them again if needed.

I found the Junk Police online simply by searching for furniture removal services. The other reviews were great. I wanted to support a local company as well. Nick and his team are responsive. Very fairly priced. And the guys who removed the furniture needed to bring things out of a three story townhouse with tight corners. They were professional and mindful of the walls and their own safety. Whether the items are repurposed or donated or disposed of - the Junk Police have made moving easier and by the way it’s Christmas Eve! I highly recommend.

Nick was very forthright with his estimate on the phone.He told me that the hot tub on the deck would probably need to be cut up to get it down the steps.He prepped me for a high estimate to be determined.We’ll it was a lot of cutting and labor but reasonable price.I was happy to support their business.They we’re all mannerly and professional.I recommend them highly!

Another company offered to come out to survey for a price between $399 and $699.Junk police offered a flat rate of $350.The guys showed up on time two days later.Very polite and professional service.The job was more difficult than expected and took longer than anticipated to complete. However, the price remained the same and we are very pleased with the results. Thank you Junk Police!
